FIBREGLASS Roof with 20 Year Materials Warranty:
New 18mm OSB3 boards are laid on the existing roof joists. Once the entire roof area is decked our skilled team will fix all the pre-formed trim detail to the new roof, each joint is carefully laminated with resin and a 450g mat bandage to provide additional structural strength at all joints and roof details. Upon completion of the deck and trim details, the roof is laminated with a resin and a 600g mat glass fibre mat, not a 450g mat that many other companies will use. The roof is finally sealed with a further coating of topcoat. The topcoat can be pigmented in several standard colours, although we recommend the standard light grey colour to diminish thermal gain.
